Every now and again we get pictures that strike us in a big way and Ruth & Brett's Irish wedding did just that! There is something so romantic about Ruth in HB6285 against the rolling hills through Denver, Colorado. Special thank you to Joshua McDonald for capturing the beauty of this bride and this location in such a spectacular way. Congratulations to Ruth & Brett!

It's Wedding Wednesday and we have some beautiful shots from Kelsie & Joe's New Zealand celebration to share! She looks truly elegant in HB6285 from our friends at Paperswan Bride paired with the most beautiful, bright bouquet. Each shot from their intimate ceremony to those with endless cherry blossoms in the backdrop is more stunning than the last. Thank you so very much to Linda Baylis for sharing such amazing work with us. Congratulations to Kelsie & Joe, we wish you nothing but the best~
Emily had a sweetness about her that we won't soon forget. She looks soft and elegant in our HB6285 dress at her fall wedding in Philadelphia. Thank you so much to Andrea Hansen Photography (which happens to be Emily's Aunt and Uncle) for capturing this special day in such a beautiful way. John is certainly a lucky groom- we wish you two a lifetime of happiness! Saja; How did you meet? Where did he propose? Emily: We met completely at random at a neighborhood bar in Brooklyn seven years ago. On the six year anniversary of the night we met, John brought me to Brooklyn Bridge Park and proposed by the carousel under a beautiful summer sunset. Saja: Where did the wedding take place what made you choose there? Emily: Although we fell in love in New York City, we decided to get married in Philadelphia because we have lots of family members there. We chose the Germantown Cricket Club because of its unique historic feel (founded in 1854.) We lucked out with beautiful fall weather in late October so we were able to take advantage of their spacious grounds for photos and cocktail hour. Saja: Is there anything you can point out about your pictures that we might not have noticed?
Emily: We were fortunate to have my aunt and uncle capture our sheer happiness in photos that day! They are photographers in Newport, RI. There is nothing we love more than a classic NYC wedding! Jodi is an Upper East Sider and true New Yorker through and through, down to her arrival in a taxi! Her genuine sweetness and sense of humor will not soon be forgotten here at Saja, we are so happy to see her glowing in HB6285 paired with our OY1000 belt. We love the way that Kelli Patterson captured her fun-loving personality and the true celebration throughout the day- thank you so much! Jodi & Brad, we wish you much happiness for year to come- congratulations!! Saja: Which of the photos is your favorite? Jodi: My favorite photo is the Bride (me) getting out of the taxi - because I LOVE NYC! (Sorry Brad - he's not in this one, haha) Saja: How did you meet? Jodi: We actually knew each other in college (A VERY LONG TIME AGO AT THIS POINT!) and saw each other sporadically over the years at parties etc. Brad moved to my neighborhood and we met up for drinks and were inseparable ever since. (Well I'm in inseparable, he's only secretly inseparable!) Saja: How did he propose? Jodi: Brad proposed in Central Park on President's Day (Feb 16th 2015) - since I'm such a history buff (Just kidding). We were about to go on a 2 week trip to Italy and he originally wanted to propose in Venice but freaked out about carrying the ring to Europe uninsured (I'm glad he's practical like myself). Anyway, we got engaged and then went on this awesome vacation right after...it was like an engagementmoon?? I was very surprised as I really didn't know it was coming. Saja: Where did the wedding take place? What made you choose there? Jodi: Parlor Steakhouse - local restaurant in our neighborhood. We wanted to get married in a convenient location for guests and for us. We liked the decor of the restaurant and that we didn't have to decorate it at all. Also, the restaurant's main floor wall is all windows so it was able to feel like a summer day inside without having to worry about the weather. Saja: Which of the photos is your favorite? Why?
Jodi: There were so many great parts but I think it was our first dance because Brad is a horrible dancer and insisted we take lessons and he practiced so hard for it...which was just adorable. It was nice to show off our moves. (dance photos included) For this Throwback Thursday, we're reminiscing to this utterly breathtaking shoot from the very talented Michelle Roller. The soft lighting through the Redwood Forest creates such a romantic ambiance for these Saja dresses. HB6285, DL6055 and DT6366 float so elegantly through each shot. Thank you again Michelle for this incredible work- perfect for some enchanted woodland inspiration!
With incredible light through the woodsy surroundings and amazing wooden beams, Elena & Jason's wedding has such pretty, rustic simplicity. She is so elegantly styled in our HB6285 dress with a twist-tie sash and we are so happy to see her special day come together so beautifully! Huge thank you to Lauren and Andy at Barefeet Studio for sharing their amazing work! Congratulations again to Elena & Jason~
It's no secret that we love Kate Ignatowski's photography and Mandy Forlenza Sticos' styling. These portrait shots of our HB6285 dress truly capture the essence of bridal beauty. We will let these romantic shots speak for themselves...

After quite the stunning feature on Rock My Wedding yesterday, we are so excited to share even more of this romantic shoot with our HB6285 dress by Love That Smile Photography. The grand windows at the Old Parish Rooms make for such a stunning backdrop. We love both styling choices of soft white blooms (against her bright hair) twisted into a soft updo, and the gentle braid paired with a leafy crown. Thank you so much to our friends at Rock The Frock Bridal Boutique for making it possible, and the rest of these talented vendors too!
